Yes, I had access to the bonuses one day, have done all the above....nothing has worked...PLEASE SOMEONE GET IT FIXED!! Do they not even read these?? I have sent messages, and even went into report to the moderator...to try and get some attention...nothing!!

Still problems with Adventure World. When you press the button I like, then you register that you have pressed. but your neighbor do not get what you have pressed. Nice that you can help neighbors in the same place - just a shame it does not work. Is it something you look at?

same here, dont even understand what gerry said to try to fix problem. hacve not been able to access bonuses except from 1 player incityville and those are 1 or more days old. can i remove the bonus app and reinstall without losing cityville btw i dont get bonuses for adventure of garden of time either?

I've done all the suggestions, and still cannot access farmville or cityville bonuses!

My son and I use the same computer to access our facebook accounts. I have bookmarks for the Farm Bonuses, the Cityville Bonuses, and the Castleville Bonuses apps. The Cityville Bonuses appears to be the only app that doesn't work for both of us (it works for him but not for me). Nothing appears to be hidden. Any suggestions?

have tried all the suggestions. checker is only showing my own requests and when i click show more, or get new, i get no new bonuses found. this has been happening for a few days now and i am getting very behind! please fix. this is obviously not happening to everyone as i am still getting some items from other people, i just cant send any. neighbours are gonna think i'm a stinge!  |

I have not been able to get bonuses for at least 3 weeks. I have tried all the suggestions and then some. However none of them work and I can not get bonuses and it is getting very frustrating. |

I have tried 4 tims to doing every thing you said to get all of my bonuses to work and none do. I am missing out on alot of items that I could use. That way I am not getting quest done(farmvill) in tine and missing out on alot. I have played these games for a few years now and havew never been so unhappy as I am now. I even wrote support and they did or could not help. What is going on? Do you want us all to stop playing the games? |

I STILL CAN'T GET BONAS FOR PIONEER FRONTIER VILLE ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW I AM GETTING FED UP YOU WANT TO GET THE FULL GAME NOT JUST BITES AND PIECES I DID ENJOY PLAYING BUT I DON'T KNOW ANY MORE ( WHAT IS THE PROBLEM )

I know some people are having trouble getting their bonuses. Here are a few suggestions. 1) Make sure you see the bonuses in your feed. If you don't see the bonuses, check to see if the game is hidden. 2) If the game is not hidden, try entering the game and playing / publishing a few times within the game. 3) If you are still not getting feeds, try removing the game app (not the bonus checker) and adding it back. -Gerry |

I have tried what you say 4 times now.I even went under a diffrent browser and that did not work. A week ago I wrote to support and got an email back asking what was going on, I wrote her back and never heard from her again.I think you should do something for all of us that have missed out on quest and getting items that we needed Thanks for reading this if you do  |
