Bonus not showing up after Clearing.

I have asked this question several times and I know several people also asked this question.

After clearing all of Castlevilles Bonus, now I am unable to load any of my bonuses from friends and also send bonuses from Castlevilles Bonus.

They just don't show up.

HELP. This is going on now for one month. Please Help. Tell me what to do to fix it.
